DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING Over the course of the summer months, Morgan E&P, LLC (“MEP”) engaged in the planning stages of developing the initial pad site and potential drilling plan of two (2) horizontal wells on that initial pad site. MEP acquired its acreage rights during May 2023. The acreage is primarily flat without structures or trees. The majority of the acreage is bordered by existing county road.
